she is 50 years old living with her husband and 8 other children which 2 of them are not theirs. one child is a special child and an orphan who needs a wheel chair because the older he grows the heavier he becomes, he is 13 in primary one. and the head of this family has pressure and diabetes. the family need financial, education,food and medication support
